My Goals:
I want to improve my health and have more energy. But mostly, I want to feel happy and content.
My Program:
I do strength training 5 times a week, rotating the muscle groups I work on. I've been amazed at how quickly my muscles have responded. I also walk in a nearby park most days. I started interval training while walking last summer and loved it. Had to lay off of that for the winter. Now that spring is here... no excuses!
