I am ENJOYING my life and now I want to enjoy my health!! I am committing to fitness, healthy eating and holy and happy living!! I have lost 50 lbs since July 2011 and will reach my goal of healthy weight and eating habits!!

My prayer is...GOD thank you for all things in YOUR blessed Name. Thank YOU for JESUS, my Savior and the HOLY SPIRIT who indwells every believer. Thank YOU for victory over my eating habits, changing my desires and giving me total victory, helping me to lose weight, watch my intake and become more healthy.
In JESUS' Name, Amen.
I pray over everything I eat and drink. I pray when I am hungry and shouldn't be and I pray to be satisfied with what I have eaten. I thank GOD in the morning for victory over food that day. I thank HIM during my workouts for blessing me to be an overcomer and not a quitter. I pray that I will finish my 45 mins of cardio without giving up.
I pray a lot about these things because I have spent my whole life being defeated in these areas. I hope you will do the same.
To GOD be the Glory!!!
Remember to praise GOD for beginning and completing cardio!
INCREASE cardio once a month by adding mins., speed, or weights.
Pray during difficult food encounters and thoughts that lead to loss of strength.
I have never been athletic so these goals will be only reached as I submit to GOD.

Vegetarian since Passion Week 2014
I only eat carbs in the a.m.
Breakfast--either Oatmeal or Cereal, both with fruit. 1/2 banana and 1/4C Craisins and raisins.
Snack--a piece of fruit and yogurt or trail mix or trail mix bar.
Lunch is protein and soup (lentil or split pea), and salad and fruit). no carbs after lunch.
Dinner is veggie burger with veggies or salad.
Late Snack is sugar free jello or fruit cup both with cool whip or 1/3C sherbet!! I love it!!
Absolutely NO WHITE RICE, WHITE POTATOES, WHITE BREAD, WHITE SUGAR, NO PASTA, NO animal protein!!!
Strength goals--upper body 2xweekly
Cardio goals--at least 50 mins
4x weekly. I started this remix with 30 mins 3X WEEKLY.
I am a prayer warrior and counselor and I love my assignment to help people find their giftedness and see their self-worth. That is a beautiful gift that brings me joy!
