The long weekend in the Wisconsin Dells was great! Feet still aching though from all of the stair climbing at the waterparks. Plus, I got glass in the foot, but that's been removed by a doctor. Now the pain is mostly that I miss the vacation, haha!
I have found that I can still enjoy my favorite snack foods if I package them in 100 calorie servings in snack baggies. That way you can still enjoy your nuts without overeating. I am less likely to binge on them if I have exact servings instead of the whole can.
