Beginning is the hard part
After not signing in for a while, I have decided to log in to track my food and log my work outs I have been doing since September of 2008. After not signing in for a while, I have decided to log in to track my food and log my work outs I have been doing since September of 2008. I needed some motivation, so I figured by logging in, it would help me keep on track. As you can see with my pictures I am a Mommy of 3 girls. I also am a wife and a college student. I was always a very thin girl growing up, I never thought about my weight as much as I do now but after I had my first child I kept some 20 pounds extra. With my 2nd child I tried Atkins and that was only a temporary fix because I was soon pregnant again. I have some 30-40 pounds I would like to lose. I want to show my children that food is not a reward but something our body needs for energy and nutrient sake. July 2011 Since starting nursing school I went missing. I attempted to keep a journal, workout, and make better food choices. My first semester I gave up on my P90X, 1 hour every day was just too much with all my other duties. I have homework, reading (more than one textbook), case studies, clinical paperwork, not to mention my girl's homework, dinner, cleaning the house, wifely duties, the list is ever lasting. My second semester I told myself I needed to do something for myself. I took up my friend's offer to go to a kettlebell trainer she had been going to for about 5 months and she has had great results. I committed to kettlebell 2x a week. Some exercise is better than nothing. Now that it's summer I have continued my kettlebell and added Insanity to my routine. I have 1 month until school starts up back again and want results.

My Goals:
Lose 30 lbs. If I could lose 40 that would be ideal. Most importantly I want to do it the right way. Have a healthy BMI and a healthy waist size.

Personal Information:
I was born and raised in sunny Southern California. I have been married for 12 years and have 3 Beautiful girls. I am also in the nursing program, half way done.
