Thanks for your kind words! Insanity is just that Insane :oP However it is a great change in pace... I can tell it is really going to improve my cardiovascular endurance, my core strength and slim/tighten my legs!!! It is so great and not hard on the joints like I would have thought. I and people in the DVDs actually drop down to the floor and take breaks...LOL! If you can do male pushups and like Plyo you will do fine if you are looking for a change up like I was. I cant wait to do a hybrid use P90X, Plus and Insanity it is going to be a mix of what challenges me and I love the most!
