Approaching 50 (in two years!), and battling weight that has crept up on me. No matter how much I exercise/eat (or don't), the weight stays the same. So I am on a year long journey to figure out what my body wants from me, and to make my clothes loose again!

My Goals:
I want my BMI to be in the normal range...rather than the middle of "overweight".

I want to run a 10K, and maybe a half-marathon.

I want to do more cross-training, including biking, Zumba and Yoga.

My Program:
I walk/jog at least 6 days a week in the Summer, and do core and strength exercises as well.

During the school year, I try to FORMALLY do exercise 3-4 days per week.



Personal Information:
I'm from the REAL Midwest, Kansas. I have two daughters, two dogs, and 1 cat. Oh, and a husband! Along with a beautiful granddaughter and two great son-in-laws.

Happy 1st day of Spring! I hope your enjoying the great outdoors.

I'm not sure if you have a heart rate monitor, but that's how I keep track of my strength training. I enter everything manually under the cardio section.
