Hey Girl! Glad to hear you are back on track and doing well. I've been doing well for the past couple of days too, back from vacation and tracking my food. I haven't started counting calories yet but I will very soon. Just trying to et back into the swing of things before I overload myself. So you're getting bored with hiking? What are you going to do instead?

I work for a bankruptcy firm, so it's heavy stuff all day listening to people's stories. It's a tough gig. Are you still running? How far are you running? Have you signed up for a 3.1 miler (5k) or anything?!

Well, we're talking about winter, usually there's about 6 feet of snow on the ground beginning November and going until March, and it's always below 0 degrees celcius, usually in the Minus 10 to minus 30 degree weather, so, LOL it's hard to even get outside, let alone go running outside on a track. Actually, I asked my kickboxing instructor if I could join her bootcamp and pay half now and pay half later and she said yes, YAAAAAY! It's just too cold to be outside during the winter. You live in Phoenix, you probably don't have much snow, do you? I have no concept of where Phoenix is.

Hey! Thanks for stopping by my blog! The hardest thing for me to kick... I quit regular soda Jan. '10, and it was easy - but then again it made me sick all the time, lol. Diet soda is now the evil thing - I've had ONE this week (it use to be a dozen a week..). I'm also trying to get off anything with aspartame because it lowers your metabolism. But that will take time because my diet green tea has it and those packets you add to flavor water have it. The only thing that's bad..is at work I like to taste the ice cream (we sell dip ice cream) but I taste enough that it equals 1 serving! LOL. So I am trying to work on that.
