HEY!!! I haven't seen you around here! Are you lurking in the background? How are you doing? I did see your status about having an addiction to sweets. I think that's the hardest thing for people to quit! I am so lucky I don't enjoy sweets very much at all so I have no problem staying away from them.... it's the CHIPS and all other products made from potatoes (fries, chips, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, the list goes on and on) that I cannot resist! But it's not even like a "salt" addiction because I don't even like things that are really salty! UGH!
Hey Girl! Glad to hear you are back on track and doing well. I've been doing well for the past couple of days too, back from vacation and tracking my food. I haven't started counting calories yet but I will very soon. Just trying to et back into the swing of things before I overload myself. So you're getting bored with hiking? What are you going to do instead?
I work for a bankruptcy firm, so it's heavy stuff all day listening to people's stories. It's a tough gig. Are you still running? How far are you running? Have you signed up for a 3.1 miler (5k) or anything?!
