Stop the Insanity!

Heard a saying.. the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results...time to stop the insanity.

Trying to reach my goals once and for all. Joined Sparkpeople a couple years ago and since then I have gotten married and had a child who is now 2 years old. -Find a workout time slot that works for me and stick with it

-Eat within my calorie range

Following the sparks plan...stay within my calorie range, currently 1200-1600

Workout at least 3x per week.

I watched the Spark guys video about fast break goals. Do you have fast break goals? How about tracking your food every day for a week? emoticon emoticon
