Hi my name is Lynn.....and I'm in my early 50's with Rheumatiod Arthiritis.....my main goal is to lose about 30 - 35 lbs.....look and feel younger!Lesson: yeah well here I'm a few years later!!! still need to lose the weight!! HELP! I really need some spark buddy's to help me through this; hope there is someone out there that can/will give me some support. :) Let's get Busy & Serious !

My Goals:

Well my goals...first and most important is that I lose about 30-35 lbs....I have a hour glass figure , very bottom heavy. I have Rheumatoid Arthitis...I really have a problem with excepting the fact that I do .....sighs.....

My Program:
I belong to the YMCA and they have a great workout program...I spin twice weekly and I also do body scoping...its hard but worth every moment!

That is what this is all about. You have to come back for the Spark Program to work.

You can do this - my neighbor is disabled with RA and we have been walking together for 4 years now. She was diagnosed with cancer last year and we actually have stepped up our walking as she was advised it would help her treatments.

Just remember, one day at a time.
