Hello. It's tough when you are willing but health issues hold you back. Keep trying and eventually you will start to see results and feel better.

I just went through a period where my ankles were swelling, my back was in agony and my blood pressure was creeping up. These health problems scared me and I just had to get stricter.

I think WW is awesome for folks that it works for. It did not work for me. I cannot do carbs of any sort. Protein, vegetables and one fruit a day works best.
I've tried Sensa also and it does help. You can get it at Sam's Club now too.
