Megamillions135 & Strongcourage...thank you for your words of support! I was feeling kind of defeated today after looking at some recent pictures, but just knowing I have such supportive people in my corner here...help so much it is hard to believe! I love reading, so I will definitely be picking up the happily ever after book..thanks for letting me know about it :) emoticon

Honestly Lynnie, once you let go of all that energy you (i did this too and i still do sometimes) use about thinking and wanting food, it's such a huge relief. It's a huge weight (literally too) of your shoulders. I still have those negative (guilt, self hate, failure) thoughts but once I realize how far I've come and that it's not a war against my body, it's about loving your body, and the thoughts will change as well.

You should try making a grateful note every day or just one thought every morning when you wake up or even when you have something happen. This has made me super positive (well not always).

Read, "Happily Ever After: THe Life-changing power of a grateful heart" By Trista Sutter.

You can do it! Just everytime you do something good, be proud, we have come along way and it's NOT EASY!! emoticon emoticon

Always remember you're not alone emoticon
