Honestly Lynnie, once you let go of all that energy you (i did this too and i still do sometimes) use about thinking and wanting food, it's such a huge relief. It's a huge weight (literally too) of your shoulders. I still have those negative (guilt, self hate, failure) thoughts but once I realize how far I've come and that it's not a war against my body, it's about loving your body, and the thoughts will change as well.
You should try making a grateful note every day or just one thought every morning when you wake up or even when you have something happen. This has made me super positive (well not always).
