Lynn, We've all been there. Shake it off and start thinking positive thoughts. The goal is to get healthy, not lose weight!! Act as "if". Act as if you are healthy, you are at a normal weight, you are an athelete, you are in control. It can happen!! CALL ME!!

Hi Lynn! Thanks for the goodie.

Sorry I hven't been around much. dh had a heart attack three weeks ago. He is ok but it has added to my work alot.

Also I am having medical issues as well ... went to doc today ... BP was 70/40 ... that's close to dead !!

Med changes are going right now and maybe to cardiologist if they don't help.

Keep up your good work and I will get back when I can. I am think and routing for you.
