I am starting all over again and this time I will focus on my intake, I may not be able to get out and excersize as much as I like, but I can definately control what I choose to put in my body.

Lynn, I want to thank you SO MUCH for finding and sharing SparkPeople with me. This has been one of the most helpful and enlightening ways to help live a healthier life. I like the Food Tracker the most, but the articles, exercises, recipes, and message boards are all motivating.
