Up until I got married, I was a size 14 and 5'9" tall. I wasn't underweight or overweight, it was just right.

I joined spark people so that I could keep track of what I was eating, use the awesome exercise videos and tips, and for support.

I've lost all 50 pounds of pregnancy weight and have not stopped there! I have 34lbs. to my goal weight.

I've been varying the workouts actually, so that I don't get bored. I make sure to do strength training 2-3 days a week (which makes a difference!) and then cardio 2-3 days.
Can I ask if you are following the Sparkpeople meal plans?
