It seems so long since i've been here. This profile was created when It was in the second 1/2 of my 30's and now i'm one year away from being 40.
I"m back. since i've been here last, I started my dream job teaching hairdressing and still running my hair salon. After doing that for a year, I realized i could no longer work 80 hours a week and now work the two jobs part time. (before that i worked full time in an office and ran my hair salon nights)

My life has changed for the better, i now have 40 hours a week to myself. I told myself those extra hours (some of them) were going to be for me to find time (and energy) to workout. I still haven't found the energy and it's been Since February.

I think i've gained 35 lbs since i've been here last and now weigh more than i've ever weighed.

I'm back tho..

I'm a Woman in the second 1/2 of my 30's, just trying to reach a weight loss goal. My head is filled with all the weight loss information I need, I thought I knew exactly what I needed to do, and how to do it, but sometimes I wonder. One thing I do know for sure is, it takes a lot of work, planning and dedication. It's suppose to be as simple as eating less and moving more. Or is it?

3 yrs ago My 17 yr relationship ended and with it followed some extra pounds. I got divorced, left my new dream home , most of my stuff and what literally was 1/2 my life. I somehow found the courage and strength to start over fresh... Loosing weight SHOULD be a breeze compared to that!! right??

I've decided it's FINALLY time to focus on myself and not everyone else. It's my time and I 'm planning on making the best of it. It's really time to drop those 30-35 lbs.

It's time to put a plan in progress and just follow through.
I have a serious issue with "all or nothing behavior" and this journey will also be about allowing myself to be real about making mistakes and accepting them.


I'm on the journey of forever, one baby step at a time.

My Goals:
To drop 30-35 lbs.

Count calories and use them as follows:
1600 calories
300 breakfast
100 snack
400 lunch
200 snack
500 dinner
100 snacks

Drink water, alot of water.

Workout 5x a week
30 min cardio/30 strength



My Program:
Simple calorie counting and working out ;)






Personal Information:
I currently work two jobs, on top of owning an apartment complex.

I have two very active and awesome dogs and a great man by my side.








Other Information:
Seems like i've been a yo-yo dieter for several years now. I dedicate myself, make great progress, come lbs from my goal and then something just happens.

I have a very busy life and it's taken a toll on my weight lately.
I'm constantly searching for the answers within me, to try and find something that may click inside of me.
