Hi Lynn-Sensei -- this is DMilligan4 and we should be SparkBuddies. I saw your post about snack food and also noticed your weight. I weigh 165 and my goal is to weigh 139. Our goals are almost identical. I'm older than you are (in my late 40's), but we can keep an eye on each other! I have a high school reunion coming up in Sept and can't go if I'm this fat!
