Back Again!

My name is Ashley. I am 29 years old and I've been on a weight loss journey for about three years now. I've lost weight and I've gained weight. It's a rollercoaster and I'm sure it always will be. My starting weight was 272 lbs and I got down to 195 lbs a few years ago. I was feeling great and looking better and then I started to slip. Now I'm back up to about 220 lbs. (I need to get an official weigh in at the gym tomorrow.) I'm thankful that I'm not 272 lbs but I want to get under 200 again. ...

(I need to get an official weigh in at the gym tomorrow.) I'm thankful that I'm not 272 lbs but I want to get under 200 again. My goal is to weigh 160 lbs by my 30th birthday. (May 13th) That is 60 lbs in 6 months. I know it seems like a lot, but I might as well shoot for the stars. I want to join the Air Force in September 2013, so I have to be less than 180 lbs. However, I'm still shooting for my birthday goal!

My Program:
I count calories and work out at the gym. I do spin, yoga, pilates, etc. My fitness goals include being able to do push ups and pulls ups and being able to run a 5k.
