Hi LynetteXrenee, thanks for the recent congrats. i have honestly been busting my but at the gym, 5-6 times a week, from 1-2 hours. i also have taken everything out of my diet except green veggies (broccoli, spinnach, green beans, greens, brussel sprouts, ect) and meat (nothing fried). i eat all the green veggies and meat I want and if I crave something sweet i may throw in a fruit here and there. Basically low cab!! Bread is my enemy!!!!!! Once i reach the weight i desire i will slowly add in some carbs here and there but maintain my gym routines. That all I have been doing!
i did slow it down in february and had 1 cheat day a week, where I ate what i wanted without overdoing it, but I am kicking it into high gear again and only giving myself 1 cheat day this month (somewhere in the middle).
Believe me when I say that it is hard, but worth it.
