Hi..i'm just a 50yr old woman looking forward to the rest of my life...i just want to be healthy ...happy and at peace with myself...I have decided to go back to the basic's and simplifie my life...getting rid of people (except for my kids and grandkids..lol..) and things that stress me out...less news and more exercise....more quite time and less tv....I am working on declutering my home ...my mind and my body...So thats me...i'm keeping it simple...Just a plain boring good ole gal and thats ...

My Goals:
My goal at this time in my life is get to know myself all over again, learn who I am, what I want in life and to learn to say NO to those who take advantage of my kindness. I want to get healthy, in body ,mind and spirit. To fall in love with life, my husband and with myself all over again. To meditate and get to know my lord and savior all over again. My kids always tease me about me getting old, but i'm excited about the second half of my life!! OLD???!!! I don't think soo!! LOL!!

My Program:
I want to keep it simple and just to be aware of the stuff i put into my body. To eat only foods that will make me healthy and to take a nice long walk every day. I'm going to try and find ways to take stress out of my life, like saying no to things that aren't important. To sit on the porch and read my bible and meditate on God and the wonderful things he has done for me. To show my love for my husband more by telling him I love him and that I'm so grateful he is in my life.

My name is Pattylynette. I live in beautiful Mt. Shasta California where we are blessed with the best water on earth. I am the mother of 3 grown daughters and I also have 10 grandchildren who are so awesome!!!
