My Goals:
I want to lose 15 pounds. Cut down my coffee to 1 per day. Cut out sugar. Get my iron levels back up to where I'm no longer anemic. Feel healthy again.
My Program:
My first step is rejoining Sparks. My intentions are to exercise 5 days a week. I signed up for TAI CHI which starts on the 28th. I intend to take my supplements and let go of the things I cannot change.
