LOSING IT!
My name is Lyndsey. I am a 33 year old mom to a 8 year old girl. I have a loving boyfriend of 3 years and a great family. I work as a District Court Clerk in the Northwest which doesn't require a lot of movement throughout the day. I did gain quite a bit of weight with my 2002 pregnancy, however, it was after giving birth that I continued to gain weight. I am very proud of my accomplishments in life and the hurdles that I have tackled but this is the one last thorn in my side....my nemisis ...

I know the person inside and she is not THIS. I am going to find her and this is my journey to do just that.... Cheers! My Goals:
My ultimate goal weight is 160-165 lbs. I know this is still considered "over-weight" for my height 5'6 but I like the curves. :) I will have mini goals along the way...when one is met--I will make another. GOALS & REWARDS!!! 1. GOAL--250 LBS (I was this weight the day I gave birth) REWARD--manicure/pedicure
My Program:
My program is basically eat less, move more. I find that eating smaller meals throughout the day helps and NEVER skip breakfast. I also try to drink a lot of water. I am staying away from diet soda as it's just as bad as regular. And once a week if I want something--I will have it. Gotta live. Right now I am focusing on walking every day. I am doing 2 miles right now and look forward to adding more as I feel better.
