Update: I am a VIKINGS fan. I really hate losing bets, but alas everytime you see me in any color but the purple and gold our team didn't win. This week... It's Packers colors! EWWW MUST lose 2 pounds QUICKLY to get rid of these colors!!!!

Wow... Here we go again... I guess I'm a "tough people" like my quote says, but you wouldn't know that by looking at how far I've let myself slip. I'm here to prove it though since I am back toughing it out.

Wow... Here we go again... I guess I'm a "tough people" like my quote says, but you wouldn't know that by looking at how far I've let myself slip. I'm here to prove it though since I am back toughing it out.

I have a sob story and am definitely an emotional eater. But I'm here, taking back what I let happen to me over the past year since I moved out from my 'disfunciontal' relationship. I'm 311.8 lbs atm. I have a hip that's needed replacing since I was 18. I have been told I need to be below 200 lbs for that to happen. That gives me a long ways to go, and alot of pain to work through while doing it. My hip constantly hurts but until I do something about it, it will always hurt. I work at finding ways to use that as my motivation instead of my excuse. "Oh my hip hurts" has been used constantly since I stopped working a year ago. No more!

I have an amazing man in my life. I'll talk about him alot because he constantly does things to help me and show me the strength I possess that I never thought existed!

My amazing boyfriend calls me every morning to get me up out of bed to workout before work. 45 min of cardio or strength training

I will be drinking water, and keeping track of what I eat. Having healthy food at my apartment, and packing lunches!

Originally from South Dakota. I now live just outside of Washington DC. I've lived here for over 4 years now and I do not plan on staying much longer. The city has run me ragged and I need out!

Hey chica :) I'm not sure I'll get time to get online today or not. Maybe towards evening, we are all heads-down trying to crank out some documents. Was posting on my page, so I thought I'd drop you a note :) We went to whole foods to get lunch today - I was extreemely good...got a little bit of sushi and a huge container of strawberries. There were only 8 pieces of sushi, but it was decent for a grocery store. And these strawberries are amazing, I'm very impressed...OK, onto my not-so good purchase a small "shot snack" desert. It is tiny - but i thought that was better than the chocolate bar I was looking at! It is maybe an ounch - whatever 60g is.
