Whether You Think You Can Or Think You Can't, You're Right!!

One day at a time, right? Well, sometimes that's just too much to handle. But I can do 15 minutes at a time, or 5 minutes if 15 it too overwhelming.

The point is, I can do this! I can get healthy. I can get fit. I don't have to make excuses for why I am the way I am, but if I don't like something about myself then I'm the only one that can change things for me!

My weight does not define me! But, it does hinder me from doing things I love and from feeling as good as ...

Eat healthy foods. Say NO to bad carbs. Walk on the treadmill or outside for at least 30 minutes 5 times a week. Yoga for weight loss. Strength training.

I'm a Christian woman with two adult children. I'm married to a wonderful man and I live in a small town in beautiful Colorado. I love crafting, photography and reading. I'm learning to knit and crochet!

Thank you for my yoga mat goodie. I wish I was limber enough and had flexible joints to be able to get down on the floor on a yoga mat and back up again without the help of 3 iron men. LOL
