Whether You Think You Can Or Think You Can't, You're Right!!

Hi. My name is Lynda and I'm here to get healthy. Getting healthy means a lot of things to me but here are my top three: 1. Losing weight. 2. Eating better food. 3. Feeling strong and capable both physically and mentally.

My Program:
Eat healthy foods. Say NO to bad carbs. Walk on the treadmill or outside for at least 30 minutes 5 times a week. Yoga for weight loss. Strength training.

Personal Information:
I'm a Christian woman with two adult children. I'm engaged to a wonderful man and I live in a small town in beautiful Colorado. I love crafting, photography and reading. I'm learning to knit and crochet!

Thanks for the support on my "Nice Day, Rough Ride" blog, it is very much appreciated. I ride on gentle bike paths, so far I haven't been on the road. It's been a great addition to my exercise routine and I'd recommend it for almost anyone who's interested in riding. Best of luck on your fitness journey!
