YES ~ I CAN!!!
Hello everyone... I have been on this earth for 74 years, still think I'm 40 sometimes, fairly active and wanting to get healthier. ~ Being 74 years YOUNG is far more cheerful and hopeful than to be 40 years OLD! Hello everyone... I am married, mother of 3 girls, 4 grandchildren and 3 g~grandchildren ...all so very precious! I am passionate about living here on the west coast. I love the rain forest, the mountains, the fantastic beaches, creeks, rivers and lakes. And the wildlife is fabulous. When I was younger, it all came so easy. And thus ~ this is the lesson I have learned here on SP. That nothing comes easy when it comes to self discipline. It comes with EFFORT. Stay with SP and you can't go wrong! My Goals:
Short term goal: Be healthier for my Alaskan cruise in May. (Done) *Next short term goal: Get below 160 by the end of August. To see my daughters turn 65... Which means I could then possibly live to see my great granddaughters married. YESSSS!!!
My Program:
Walking, treadmill on rainy days, weights, dancing to boogie woogie and core strengthening.
Personal Information:
I was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1980. The best thing I ever did. Learning about Jehovah God, our creator, his purposes for mankind and applying Bible principles to my life has given me a peace of mind that I never thought possible. I live on the West Coast of BC and love walking the forest trails, the seashore and wildlife we have here in our valley.
