Who Can? I can....
I am a stay at home mom of two boys 7 and 12. I am 36 years old and pressing the restart button. Last year I started my journey on my own in May of 2011, and lost over 40lbs. Over the late fall to now I stopped almost everything. I gained back some but it could always be worse. I am hoping that this times the charm but if not as long as I never give up it will be ok
