I cant remember a time when i was ever "thin" im now the heaviest i have ever been i hope this website works i really want to lose weight and it wouldnt hurt to have the support of others.

Hey Girl! Thanks for the add. I've been the on again/ off again exerciser for a while but this time I plan on staying on track. So far it's been just shy of 17 weeks and still going strong. I owe a lot of my motivation to all the good people on this site so take the time to look around and see all the tools that are offered. Even if you just use it to get support from other users, it will be so helpful. Good luck!

Hi, Lydie! Welcome to SparkPeople! I've been on this site for a few weeks or so and it's helped me gain an understanding of eating right and becoming more fit through exercise. Take your time learning the site, go slowly and explore it well. There are TONS of helpful articles, message boards, recipes, etc. Check out SparkRecipes for a lot of delicious, healthy recipes.
