    Hey! No, ever since about February, I stopped going on Spark. I just counted calories in my head since I had such a good grasp of nutrition by then. Then, in May, I moved to Ohio and I no longer had the scale that I used at work to weigh myself. So I havn't weighed myself in 2 months, and I have just been trying to exercise almost daily and eat well. I probably gained a little back.

    I got a running injury in my knee this summer, so I'm on a 6 week running break. I'll start running a little in September, and hopefully do a race or 2 in November. I ran a 10K and a 10 miler this summer. Both went really well! The 10K was hot, so just to finish it was a feat. The 10 miler was really fun. I kept a 9 minute mile pace, and went faster the last 4. I'd like to do one again sometime.

    I might start tracking food, too, although I hated how tied to my weight it made me! I'd like to make weight lifting part of my life again, too. All these goals!! Geesh!

    What about you? Running much? How is life in general?

    Congrats on the couple of pounds lost! I've been maintaining in my range for 2 months now. Ideally I'd like to be below 125, but a couple extra pounds dont bother me too much since my clothes fit well and I'm getting in shape. I ran 4 yesterday. I went to the gym almost every day this week because my husband is out of town and also because it was FREEZING here this week (highs around 7).
    Tips on cold weather running? Running tights with sweat pants over them, a wicking shirt, fleece shirt, fleece headband around my ears. And my secret weapon? A fleece scarf that I pull up to my nose. That way I breath in warmer air through the scarf. After a mile or so, I'm pretty warmed up. Now with 7 degrees...I just hit the gym. For me, I need it at about 20 or above.
    My long term goal for the next 3 months is to maintain my weight while training...I tend to over-eat when training and gain.

    That is great to hear!! Congrats!! I am at a stand still...Still!! I am doing alright with out the sugar things...I have had many cravings but have not given in yet!! I'm proud of myslef to do that!! :o) How about you?? If you don't mind me asking....what is your typical day of eating like?? Just wondering....

    OH... Yeah... Congrats on getting through that 130 mark. I hope to be at 129 tomorrow morning. I'm actually cutting back on drinking so much water today. I'm just going to get in the 8 glasses instead of 12. I'll let you know how it goes.
