New Year, New Me!


I am rededicating myself to eating healthy and exercising for 2013. Every year I think I learn more and more about what I need to do, NOW is the time to just DO IT! My first focus is going to be on the food I choose to eat. I plan on eating more veggies and fruit than I did last year. I still want to limit the starchy foods and learn to enjoy the process, live the journey. I can do this!

My Goals:
To be mindful in what I choose to eat! Begin to prepare to eat less carbs. Focus on healthy fruits and veggies to fill my tummy.

This is my starting goals for the next 2 weeks.

Long term Goal: to be at normal weight, and be STRONG!

My Program:
Record what I eat. No matter what I eat, every DAY!
Try to limit my carbs to less than 150 a day.
Increase water consumption.
WORK OUT!

you asked how it counts calories burned. Since it is next to your body, even when you sleep, it counts your movements and basically your body metabolism that shows it as calories your body is burning. On the average nights sleep the deeper the sleep, the more your body burns in calories. My average nights sleep is 550 calories.
When you walk and work out, it converts your steps taken into calories burned and shows that also
