I teach preschool. My husband and I just moved away from all our family and friends to attend seminary. He is working on his masters right now in Biblical Counseling. Once he gets a few more classes out of the way I will start my program. The Lord has called me onto the mission field so we are preparing ourselves for a life time commitment to follow wherever He leads.

My goal is to just get healthy and fit so that I can better serve the Lord. I joined sparkpeople ... looking for a ...

I read that you have a call on your life to the mission field... where to? I have been on two short-term mission trips: Nairobi, Kenya and Israel.

I saw your photo of your dad in Haiti... we supported a child in Haiti from K-12th grade... now we support 2 children in Tanzania through Compassion Int'l.

I joined Spark People and started my weight-loss journey Sept. 18, 2007 and I have lost 44.4 lbs & 16.25 inches during this time... slow but steady and continual.

Have a GREAT journey... and remember to eliminate excuses that keep you from attaining your goals and you WILL get there. WE ARE STRONG! WE CAN DO THIS!!!
