Accomplishing a goal - at last

First goal on 7/23/11 was to lose 14 pounds by Oct 2011. I've recently amended that to be 17 pounds by November.
Nov 2 - I made it to 145! Now the big challenge of holding steady through the holidays.
7/23/12: I got down to 138 for a while, then dropped off Spark website mid-May and had been holding steady around 140 until recently. So now, I'm back to tracking my food again and have taken the 12 pounds by 12/12/12 challenge.
1/1/13: Totally flunked the 12/12/12 ...

My Program:
Monitoring calories and nutrients every day. Trying to do a better job with regular (daily) cardio exercise. Completing the Spark-recommended strength training 3 times per week. And - using the 8 glasses of water/day as my crutch to subdue the urge to eat when I'm not hungry.

Other Information:
Fall seven times. Stand up 8!

Obstacles are what you see when you take your eyes off the goal.
