Ready to kick in high gear!

Hi, I'm Laura, I'm a student in Louisville, KY. I'm here looking to meet and chat with like minded people, seeking inspiration and motivation. I'm currently at 150-155, it fluctuates. I would love to get down to at least 140. More than anything I want to tone and strengthen muscles (I know they're there somewhere lol beneath all the flab) I would also like to reduce body fat, not sure what percentage it is now, but it must be high! I want to be able to say goodbye to flabby arms, love ...

Mostly above all I would absolutely love to get to the point that I LOVE my body. I could see myself just trotting down the beach in a 2 piece. Ohhhh wait I was day dreaming!! I want to feel comfortable wearing a bathing suit (not a bikini ha) not sure if a bikini is possible, way too many stretch marks!! I lost quite a bit of weight during my adolescent years so I have lots of those and pretty self conscious about them. I know stretch marks cannot be removed but flab most definitely can! :)

Hi Laura, thanks for the add! I love meeting new people from Louisville! What part of Louisville are you from? I live in the Valley Station area.

Have you been over to the Louisville Losers team yet? We try to have a get-together once a month, and just went bowling yesterday. It was a blast, even though I suck at bowling! :)

Hi Laura! Thanks for adding me as a friend! I see we have about the same goal with our weight loss! I've never been below 134.5 so 130 may or may not be my final goal weight. Also, I noticed your a beginner with running. Stick with it because it feels great to finish a 5K for the first time! I'm training for a 10K at the moment but it's on hold until I get moved.

I look forward to seeing your progress! :)
