Hi Laura! Thanks for adding me as a friend! I see we have about the same goal with our weight loss! I've never been below 134.5 so 130 may or may not be my final goal weight. Also, I noticed your a beginner with running. Stick with it because it feels great to finish a 5K for the first time! I'm training for a 10K at the moment but it's on hold until I get moved.
