fit and feelin great in my fifties

i am 51 . i need to do positive things for myself to build my self esteem. i need to get in better shape for health reasons also. i want to be an inspiration to others and motivate them. i need help from all my spark friends to do this

my husband says after 50 that you cant be sexy and a person just isnt motivated to do much besides sit on couch,. i am here to prove him wrong. i will go on this journey and show him how sexy i can be.

I'm 60 (almost 61) and working on getting into better shape. My husband comments on how much I'm shrinking and tells me he's proud of me for doing this. (Not quite the same as "sexy" but good feedback and support just the same.)
