Welcome to the SparkPeople Indoor Rowers Team. According to DrMirkin.com, if you work out like a serious athlete, you can have your cake and eat it too. While I don't recommend processed foods, if you make them a small part of our food choices and focus on lots of live foods, you can have some food that feeds your soul too.
