New rules to live by starting new in 2014

Don't be afraid to be yourself, and never apologize in doing so.

You and you alone are responsible for your happiness.

All situations are fluid; what was true today may not necessarily be true tomorrow.

Remember to exercise; one hour a day is only four percent of the total day.

When stressing over a situation, just ask yourself, "Will this matter in a year?"

If you aren't happy, it is up to you to change your situation.

Don't doubt yourself; there are plenty of people around you that will do that for you.
