Different Attitude=Better Results (it works!)

UPDATE- 2/6/12 - ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING!! I have learned so much from this site and been able to incorporate it into my lifestyle. I am not completely there, but mostly I feel in control and feel like I am living a healthier lifestyle. I have also learned (altho' I have known for years) that half the battle is in my head. So I now say ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING! If you BELIEVE you CAN ACHIEVE!! So I say LET'S DO THIS PEOPLE **WE CAN TOGETHER AND IN A POSITIVE WAY!!

My Goals:
To live a healthy lifestyle. To continue to workout at least 4 days a week.
To keep my positive, upbeat attitude towards life.
To continue to keep up my Spark logs and with my Spark Friends.

My Program:
Making better choices in what I eat.Logging it in every day inthe Nutrition Tracker.
Drinking 8 glasses of water each day.
Working out 4 days a week changing it up each time. (Goodness knows I have enough exercise DVDs to do that, lol). Logging it in every day in the Fitness Tracker.
These Trackers are the Key to my success!! :-)

I have been married for 43 years to my soul mate . We have 2 beautiful grown daughters. We also have 2 beautiful grandchildren. We now live in Las Vegas, NV but have lived all over the world as our children grew up since my DH is USN, now retired.

It's so nice hearing from you! emoticon emoticon emoticon I am so glad you are feeling better.You look fabulous daaahling!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon I cut back a bit on my home care hours. Working on my health more. I gained again. hee hee I was walking again and fell in the street!! I think the scale and weight lords are trying to sabatoge me!! lol! But I'm ok.
