3 years ago I lost 60 lbs and felt so good and healthy... I kept it off and did very well and felt very healthy. Then boom I was diagnosed with breast cancer...I stopped my daily walks, and ate to make me feel better...wrong and i knew it...now I am cancer free and need to get back on track. I hope SPARK PEOPLE gives me the SPARK I need.
