My goal is that by this time next year I will be 110 pounds.

I want to be able to dance at powwows again.

Personal Information:
My name is Shay and I am 21 years old.
Started out at 252.

... had a few months of maintaining my lost weight... (around 10-12 pounds)

Restarted again on july 31st and I was 240 at that point

I maintained the weight of 190 give or take a few pounds since around September or 2013.

I am now working on getting out of that slump and start losing the weight again! hopefully :)
