My Goals:
I would like to lose about 20 lbs, drink 8 glasses of water a day, and attempt to be more positive in life. I don't want to be so stressed out either, I would like to try and stay more positive in life, and watch what I eat more.

My Program:
Eat better in general, I don't really believe in dieting... Anyone can lose weight if they eat right and exercise.

Okay, I'm going to try an experiment this weekend. I'm weighing Friday morning and then again Monday morning. I will not weigh more on Monday than I did on Friday! And I'm not going to Over-Eat tonight either! No more running my extra pounds off on Monday and Tuesday. :)
