Great Feelings!
Life is GREAT!!! Last week I joined Total Solutions and with the help of SparkPeople's tracking system, I have lost over 4 lbs this week. This website makes it so easy to track. I tell everyone about it. And the recipes....they are wonderful!!!
Good luck to all of my SparkPeople friends with making your goals. I know it isn't going to be easy for any of us, but I also know we can do it.
