Motivation is what gets you started Habit is what keeps you going

I competed in my first figure competition in May 2010 weighing 105 and with a bodyfat of 8.2%. In 2011 I maintained a regular healthy weight. In 2012 I started doing obstacle runs and mud runs. In 2013 after many life changes I started making bad food choices. I went back to stress eating and not exercising enough.
2014-TIme to refocus and Set new goals. Fitting back into my clothes without buying new ones is TOP priority!

I work two jobs. My evening job I instruct bootcamp classes at our local Y.
I am certififed ISSA Personal Trainer and also have my Group fitness certification.

Other Information:
I love infomercials so I currently have done and completed: P90, Insanity and Brazilian Buttlift.

Hey - well, two competitions under my belt, one in Oklahoma and the other was in Texas. I was very proud of what I presented on stage, but it was evident they wanted a more muscular figure competitor than I trained to present on stage. Oh well, I know for the next one.

Start a new lifting program this week for building up some muscle mass - targeting another competition in May 2012.
