Petite who Eats a lot

I'm a wife and a mom to 2 beautiful children, ages 2.5 and 4 yrs. With a strong family history of heart disease, my main goals are to improve my cardiovascular health and improve my muscle tone.

I prefer organic ingredients and whole foods whenever possible. My main weaknesses: I do have a sweet tooth, and I like to bake!
I love dark chocolate (eaten for the anti-oxidants, of course, ha ha)! When I do bake, I look for more healthy recipes and alternatives. I'm looking ...

My Goals:
To gain more energy and strengthen my heart and circulatory system through physical fitness.

To improve overall muscle tone, especially to firm up those abs!

My Program:
I pay attention to what I eat, and I am trying to incorporate more physical movement into each day. Also, I strive for balance and know that a healthy emotional and spiritual well-being is crucial.

Personal Information:
So far, I've been blessed with naturally fast metabolism, even after having 2 babies. Chasing them around helps burn calories galore! I'm a size 0, so I am not trying to lose weight.
