I can't believe I went without a computer, cell phone, and news for a whole week!. I traded them in for the mountains, mosquitoes, and fresh air. Of course when you hike, you lose the benefit of fresh veggies and fruit, and candy bars give you needed energy. At least I didn't gain any weight.
Time to get back into the regular routine and check on all my friends. I hope you had a good week with nutrition and fitness. Let me know how you are doing.

For those who are making excuses and losing focus. We want to support you or will even kick you in the butt. A dream does not come true simply by dreaming. You need to get your act together and DO IT! It takes little, manageable goals, so don't try to do it all at once.
Last year I was more than 50 pounds over my present weight. If I had looked at all of that weight as my goal, I would have been overwhelmed. Small steps, small changes, got me through. YOu can do it too.
Let's really support each other these next two weeks. Let's have a team where everyone took positive actions to reach their goals. We are wave surfers and we can do it!
