My Goals:
1. Reach a healthy weight so I avoid diabetes and other things 2. Be able to comfortably hike without an injury and to be able to run with ease 3. To fit in clothes that are in my closet.
My Program:
My friend in AA has reminded me to take things one step at a time. Though I don't even drink I see the same basic principles. I know I have a problem with food otherwise I wouldn't just eat when I clearly know it's not right for me. So I'm working it out from the inside out.
