Hey, I saw what you said about every other day and icing your knees...I understand and it is good to go slow and not overdo it, if you hurt yourself you won't be able to do anything.
It might be good to find more exercises that won't give your knees a problem...swimming, biking, upper body weights? That way you can mix it up and have options! Good luck and you really ARE doing great! 1328 days ago
