I hear ya. I keep a load of gluten free bread in the freezer for when I'm desperate. It is expensive so it keeps me off of it on a regular basis. And I don't love it like I do homemade bread. I have to avoid that not due to my gluten problems.

I eat the same way only no bread.

We just got a new book store here but I have not been in it yet. I hope they have some healthy books but around here you never know.

I like veggie soup too but I usually depend on salad for lunch. I seem to do best when I limit my choices for breakfast and lunch and snacks and just vary supper.

I hope you enjoy the book. I'm always looking for good cookbooks that limit sugar, caffeine, salt, processed foods, transfats, nitrates, nitrites, gluten, etc. LOL.

That is what I'm trying to do now. Make better choices and plan ahead.
At the end of each day I have the mindset that I want to eat on plan the next day and I start out okay and then I get hungry and start grabbing. I am really working to stop that. Today when I was starving I ate radishes and part of my supper and was fine. I cut my snack in half and it was enough.

I love to swim but have no access to it. You have done excellent at keeping your weight off. I wish I were only 10 pounds up. I am thinking that Pam and Kierae are struggling too but I don't know. I wish they would both come back.

I have never really watched Dr. Phil. How did his book help you?

We have to clean pet cages - very soon! Lol!
