My Favorite Word is Success
This is a positive thing to do for myself. The support and friendship here will help me meet my goal of 150#. Over the years, I have been to 150# many times, but don't ever stay there. In order to get to 150#, and stay there, I have to completely change my lifestyle. I can't just lose the weight, I have to change my thinking to maintain it.

My Goals:
Goals for now: lose weight, remove body fat, exercise consistantly minimum of 30 minutes each day, do weight training 3 times per week, stretch after each exercise, eat healthy meals and snacks, drink 6-8 glasses of water per day, do any kind of exercise, move more, eat less.
My Program:
Following SBD. Fix meals with minimum heat during summer. Exercise daily. Make wise food choices. Eat fresh as much as possible.
Personal Information:
I enjoy most exercise programs. 5'5" female, 63 yr old, married with 4 adult daughters, retired and travel whenever possible
Other Information:
My enjoyments are family, reading, exercise, dogs, movies and helping others.
