    I haven't tried the meal plans on here. But what I basically do is eat oatmeal or a spinach/fruit smoothie for Breakfast. They are really good, sounds icky, but awesome. Then I have a salad and chicken or subway and baked chips or 2 corn tortilla's with chicken, a little avacodo and tomato for lunch. For dinner, mostly chicken breast, and fresh veggies grilled or roasted plus a good salad. Then a small snack at night, love apple and peanut butter or a banana. you should have small snacks during the day too but I just never manage that. Just start small, cut out one thing that you eat/drink now. Like cut out all soda. Try that for a few weeks, then cut back on something else. You can basically eat what ever you want, just watch the portion sizes. that is why the nutrition page is awesome to log your food. I do it every day with every meal so I know where I am at. I'll be home tomorrow too if you want to call me. Cam is having his wisdom teeth pulled so I'll be here taking care of him. I'll facebook you my cell!!
