emoticon emoticon Welcome back! LOOOONG time no see! Thanks for the compliments, I've been doing pretty good in the last half of this year! I'm still trying! It's still VERY hard to resist temptations ESPECIALLY when they're in the house! I hope you stick around, I LOVE interaction on the site! I try to go walking every weekend somewhere. So far, just me and my hubby, you're always welcome to set something up! I just got back from Newport News park where we're not totally familiar and we kept getting lost and racked up mileage that way! emoticon Oh well! It was GREAT outside though! Have a fun weekend!

Hi back! I'm doing good! Pretty GREAT actually! I'm away from home and I'm MUCH better about eating healthy and exercising around my friends. I'm trying to do more in these next 2-3 months than I've done all year. I want to lose 30 lbs. between July and end of Sept.! I'm working on it! SO glad you're still around and working towards your goals! Don't be a stranger! Thinking of ya!
