I got really, really close (95lbs), and then did something to my shoulder and had to back away for a bit. My shoulder is still talking to me so I haven't pushed it back to a weight near that heavy. I'm still benching, but only doing 75-80lbs at this point. I'll get there though!

Hey! So nice to see you! I'm REALLY struggling with my diet portion of my "weightloss work" I don't know what it is. I've always loved to eat, loved to cook, but have had more success with "diets" in the past more than fitness. Right now, I workout more than I have ever in my life, but eat poorly and hate tracking so I go up and down up and down every week. I haven't actually lost any weight in like 6 mo.! Arggh! I feel like I know what I'm supposed to be doing, but I just don't do it. I've gotta get my overeating under control. emoticon

I did ZUMBA for the first time in over a year this week and it worked my body! emoticon I totally know what you mean! I was SO slow and OFF!! But it was a blast anyway! Unfortunately at Bally's it's a paid for class and it's not like they change it so I just got a taste, but I'll stick with the DVDs to learn the moves and dance at home instead for free! I've been dancing the chores done all week! Ha! We're trying to meet at Aroma's on the 29th at 3 if you can come out for a bit! For now it seems like it might be another small gathering. emoticon on finishing up on your BS! I bet you can't wait! I'm still working toward my goal but I've been stubborn with my eating. I don't plan healthy often enough, I overeat and go out too much to lose weight. The holidays did a number on me. Up and down, up and down! I'll get my head in it and improve so that all this working out I've been doing lately will really pay off. Cause in that department, I'm kicking butt! emoticon with a new gym buddy who goes with me 5 days a week! I know I'll reach my goal. It's just taking a lot longer than it should because I keep "messing" around! emoticon I hope you had a good holiday season and have a Happy New Year! Hope to see you that Sat. and if not, keep in touch! Great to hear you're still working at it! emoticon
