My Goals:
to get in atleast 40 minutes of exercise daily, even if its incraments of 10 min at a time.. get to a 60 minute workout daily
My Program:
I get 10 to 15 minutes of eercise in first thing in the morning and try to do some stretching and cardio during my daily activities. I park as far away from the store and church to get some extra walking in. I walk down to get my son off the bus instead of drive, even though its freezing out lol
Personal Information:
I currently live in Maine, I am from Mass but spent most of my life in NH. I have been in Maine for just over 2 years now. Been divorced for a year, seperated for three. I am active in my church, I volunteer as much as I can, I help run a 7 and 8th grade club and a 5th and 6th grade club. I hope to take my first of many mission trips next year.
Other Information:
i love to read. some of my favorites are Jodi Picoult, Nicholas Sparks.. I love music... some of my favorites are Skillet, MercyMe, Adele, Fleetwood Mac. I like so many different kinds
